Video Editing & Production
• Lead the end-to-end video production process, including editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Create engaging CPS-focused video content optimized for digital ads, product promotions, and influencer collaborations.
• Optimize videos for TikTok, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring content aligns with platform-specific requirements.
• Shooting short video footage in demand.
Content Creation & Strategy
• Work closely with the marketing, design and content teams to align video content with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
• Provide creative direction on visual storytelling, video pacing, and audience engagement strategies.
• Experiment with new editing techniques and industry trends to enhance content quality and effectiveness.
• Develop creative content concepts that align with marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and seasonal promotions.
• Plan and execute video-based content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Experiment with different video formats, such as product tutorials, testimonials, trend-based content, and influencer collaborations.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and e-commerce video best practices to enhance content effectiveness.
Project Management & Optimization
• Analyze video performance metrics, including conversion rates, engagement, and retention, to continuously improve CPS video effectiveness.
• Adjust video styles, lengths, and formats based on data-driven insights and A/B testing results.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in e-commerce video marketing, short-form content and social media engagement strategies.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high production standards.
• Maintain an organized archive of video assets, raw footage, and project files for future reference and reuse.
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and meets marketing KPIs.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in, Marketing, Social Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in video editing, shooting and content creation.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing tools.
• Experience in CPS video marketing, product-focused content and e-commerce advertising is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media and e-commerce video trends, particularly for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Excellent storytelling, scripting, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in motion graphics and basic design skills is an advantage.
