JOB PURPOSE
Lead
business development effort, focusing on building strategic partnerships and selling Eventista's online voting solutions to beauty pageants, entertainment programs, and event organizers.
This role requires both hands-on sales execution and the ability to develop long-term partnerships within the entertainment and pageant ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales Leadership
● Identify and develop partnerships with major beauty pageants, entertainment programs, production houses, and event agencies worldwide
● Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
● Position Eventista's voting platform as a revenue-generating solution that enhances audience engagement.
● Develop strategic partnership opportunities with key players in the entertainment and event industry.
● Leadership mindset with the potential to lead and grow a business development team in the future is a plus.
Client & Partnership Management
● Act as the primary relationship owner for key partners and strategic clients.
● Maintain long-term partnerships and ensure successful execution of voting campaigns during events.
● Coordinate closely with tech, operations, and marketing teams to deliver smooth project implementation.
Market Strategy & Business Insights
● Monitor beauty pageant and entertainment trends in Vietnam to identify new business opportunities.
● Build and manage sales pipeline and partnership strategies for the local market.
● Provide market insights, sales forecasts, and performance reports to management.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
● 3-5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships.
● Experience in entertainment, media, events, beauty pageants, or creator economy is highly preferred.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
● Strong English communication skills for working with regional partners.
Skills
● Strong sales, negotiation, and partnership development skills.
● Ability to develop strategic relationships with high-level partners and event organizers.
● Good understanding of digital monetization models (voting, fan engagement, ticketing, etc.) is a plus.
● Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
● Leadership mindset and ability to guide junior team members when needed.
