Mô tả công việc
Your Responsibilities
1. Keyword Research & Content Optimization
● Conduct keyword research, including short-tail, long-tail, LSI, competitor keywords, and search intent analysis.
● Optimize landing pages, blog content, product/service pages, metadata, headings, internal links, and content structure.
● Collaborate with the Content team to ensure SEO-driven content planning and execution.
2. On-page & Technical SEO
● Perform website audits related to site structure, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, speed, and user experience.
● Identify technical issues and work with relevant teams to improve website health and search performance.
● Monitor SEO best practices and ensure websites follow updated search engine guidelines.
3. Off-page SEO & Link Building
● Execute backlink acquisition and off-page SEO activities to improve domain authority and organic visibility.
● Analyze backlink quality, identify risks, and propose suitable opportunities for link-building improvement.
4. Tracking, Reporting & Analysis
● Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and SEO platforms.
● Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion trends, and other SEO metrics to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
● Provide clear insights and recommendations to improve SEO performance and support client reporting.
5. Cross-team Collaboration
● Coordinate with Content, Digital, Account, and Development teams to ensure SEO tasks are implemented correctly and on time.
● Support internal discussions and client-related SEO updates when needed.

Requirements
Must have
● 1-2 years of hands-on SEO experience; agency experience is preferred.
● Strong understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
● Experience using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
● Ability to prepare SEO reports and explain performance insights clearly.
● High sense of teamwork and collaboration; able to work closely with Content, Digital, and Account teams to achieve shared goals.
● Client-focused mindset, with the ability to understand client goals and support measurable SEO results.
● Good time management, task ownership, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
● English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or above is a plus.
● Established backlink network and industry connections are a plus.
● Familiarity with SEM/PPC is a plus for integrated digital marketing campaigns.
● Experience working with both domestic and international markets is a plus.
