Position Overview:
As an SEO & Website Optimization Specialist, you will enhance our website's performance through SEO best practices, technical improvements, and data-driven optimizations. You'll collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to improve search rankings, user experience, and conversion rates. Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• SEO Content Management: Audit, update, and optimize existing content for relevancy, keywords, and search intent.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content strategy.
• Collaborate with writers to ensure SEO alignment in new content.
• Technical SEO & Bug Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot website issues (e.g., broken links, crawl errors).
• Partner with
developers to implement fixes and improve site speed/performance.
• Onpage SEO Execution: Optimize metadata (titles, descriptions), headers, and internal linking structures.
• Ensure mobile-friendliness and schema markup implementation.
• UX/UI Recommendations: Propose design improvements to enhance usability, accessibility, and conversions.
• Create wireframes/prototypes and stay updated on UX/UI trends.
• A/B Testing & Analytics: Design and manage A/B tests for layouts, CTAs, and content.
• Analyze data from Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to measure impact.
• Language: Fluent in English (written/spoken).
• Attitude: Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• AI Experience: Practical application of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT for content or data analysis) is a strong plus.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), A/B testing platforms (Optimizely), or UX design tools (Figma).
• Knowledge of technical SEO audits and UX best practices.
