Description
SEO/GEO Strategy & Planning:
Research keywords, analyze user search intent, and study user behavior/AI prompts.
Analyze competitors, design content architecture, and propose topic clusters for company and client websites.
Develop and execute link-building/off-page strategies to boost search rankings and organic traffic.
Content SEO & GEO Optimization:
Optimize standard On-page elements (Title, Meta description, Headings, Internal links, Outline).
Collaborate with the Creative team to produce and refresh high-quality content aligned with Google's E-E-A-T guidelines.
Apply GEO techniques-including answer sections, FAQs, comparison tables, entity references, and supporting evidence-to ensure content is easily crawled and cited by AI Search engines (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini).
Technical SEO & Analytics:
Monitor basic Technical SEO requirements (Schema markup, Core Web Vitals, Indexing, Crawling issues).
Leverage SEO analytics tools (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog) and AI visibility tracking tools (e.g., Geostar, FalconRank, Otterly, Goodie AI) to track performance and resolve issues.
Making work evaluation reports, reporting performance and reporting related KPIs.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO/GEO, Content SEO, Organic Growth, or a similar role. Prior experience in Hospitality, F&B, or Marketing Agencies is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Basic Technical SEO like Schema and Core Web Vitals) and staying updated on GEO/AI Search trends.
Proficiency in standard SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4) and CMS platforms (WordPress).
Strategic and creative mindset with strong analytical and market research capabilities.
Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills; self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
Good command of English.
