KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SEO Strategy & Keyword Engineering: Develop data-driven SEO strategies and conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value organic growth opportunities.
Full-Cycle Optimization: Oversee end-to-end On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO, including regular website audits, link-building, and Local SEO tactics.
Advanced Schema Deployment: Implement structured data markup to enhance search engine visibility, optimize snippets, and improve click-through rates (CTR).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Dev teams to seamlessly integrate SEO best practices and content recommendations.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Monitor core KPIs using SEO toolsets and analytics platforms to deliver actionable optimization insights and continuous funnel improvement.
Algorithm & Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates and emerging industry trends to keep our strategies highly effective and compliant.

REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, paired with 3-5 years of dedicated SEO experience and a proven track record of scaling organic traffic.
SaaS & Tech Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the tech ecosystem, with a strict preference for candidates from B2B SaaS or digital product environments.
Technical SEO & Architecture: Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture. Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices.
SEO Toolsets Mastery: Highly proficient in industry-standard tools, including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
Data-Driven Analytics: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable, strategic decisions.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Project Execution: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. (Relevant SEO certifications are a plus).
