Job description
• Providing accounting services for clients of Russell Bedford KTC, mostly FDI companies
• Mainly responsible for the accounting bookeeping, prepare journal entries for financial statements, tax reporting and related services required by the clients
• Responsible for preparing invoices, accounting documents and other documents
• Work with banks, tax authority for assigned tasks
• Support for timely preparation of all monthly financial information including monthly accounts, balance sheets, income statements
• Prepare tax reports for VAT, PIT, CIT by monthly/quarterly/yearly
• Ensure accounting records are maintained in compliance with VAS
• Other tasks are assigned by Team leader/Manager
• Specific details will be discussed during the interview.

Job requirement
Knowledge/Experience
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Banking and/or Economics
• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting services supporting role
• Have good knowledge of the Vietnamese accounting and tax system.
Skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team
• Hard working, responsible and willing to learn
• Candidate are learning or qualified ACCA, CPA or ICAEW is more advantage
