Greet guests in a warm, welcoming and courteous manner.
Deliver high quality products and services to every guest.
Has comprehensive knowledge of all relevant pricing for menus and listed product items
Identify and anticipate customers' needs and expectations.
Know and understand all the resort's facilities and services.
Interact with internal staff and external guests from Asian and international countries.
Introduce available beverages and make recommendations.
Address guests' requests and handle complaints promptly and to their satisfaction.
Maintain consistent personal performance in varying work conditions.
Prioritize competing demands to achieve personal, team and organization objectives.
Take responsibility for determining development needs and manage own performance improvement, professional development and motivation.
Perform tasks in a manner that serves as a role model in the workplace.
Prepare for shift by completing handover with previous shift.
Maintain high visibility on the floor.
Coordinate coverage of sections to ensure smooth service.
Conduct work as a team with other staff to exceed guest expectations.
Work with initiative to seek and offer assistance as required from team members or supervisors.
Act as coach to other employees passing on skills, knowledge and techniques for performing tasks and work behaviors.
Participate in training and other activities to facilitate high team performance.
Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times.
Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards.
Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
Act as a revenue-driven factor and initiatives generator for all F&B services & products provided by the Company.
