Key Responsibilities
▪ Equipment troubleshooting
▪ Technical confirmation before equipment installation
▪ Complete the installation and debugging of equipment and keep the equipment operating in a perfect condition
▪ Equipment training, process support phone/WeChat/Zalo to help customers solve equipment or process problems
