Location: Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi, Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi both can be considered).
Essential Responsibilities:
• Customer communication - acceptance of e-mails and telephone calls for service inquiries and spare parts processing - with national and international, internal, and external customers and channel partners;
• Technical clarification of inquiries in coordination with the technical specialists (Tech. Support) as needed;
• Clarification of material availability and coordination of the fastest possible delivery date with the responsible departments (planning, shipping, warehouse), Coordination of service visits for technicians at customer site;
• Creation and tracking of offers for service requests and their spare parts in SAP;
• Complete order entry of spare parts / service orders in SAP, including but not limited to:
- Opening project, jobs, and Sales orders;
- Billing and Rev Rec;
- Cost Plans;
- WIP/ECA;
- Ensure required Spare parts are supplied to customer (part dispatch and logistics work required);
- New Customer Registration for Service Customers;
• Documentation in SFDC/ Service Max;
• Monitoring of delivery dates and tracking of spare parts production and orders;
• Continuous close coordination with the relevant specialist departments, such as sales, production, quality assurance and/ or construction, to guarantee our customer with the highest level of availability;
• Ensure SOX compliance for assigned projects;
• Support Service Managers in forecasting with feedback on current project timeline;
• Warehouse management.
