Position Title: Service Desk Accountant
Department: Finance & Accounting
Working Location: Tầng 3, Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi Hà Nội, Số 272 Võ Chí Công, Phường Tây Hồ, TP Hà Nội
Working Time: Shift-based
- Morning shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Working 5 days per week, with an average of 2 days off. Days off are not fixed and will be scheduled flexibly depending on team arrangements and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Control & Verification:
+ Check and verify daily revenue from credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers.
+ Review and confirm the number of credit card slips submitted by Cashiers.
+ Compare and reconcile credit card, e-wallet, and bank revenues, and record data accurately in the accounting system on a daily basis.
+ Monitor and control card and e-wallet transaction fees.
+ Review the daily summary of payments (credit card, e-wallet, bank) submitted by Cashiers and ensure consistency with system records.
+ Issue VAT invoices for retail customers on a daily basis.
Yêu cầu
+ University degree with a major in Finance or Accounting.
+ 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
+ Experience in the real estate or retail industry (Office Leasing, shopping mall, or Hotel) is preferred.
+ Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of accounting systems (SAP is an advantage).
+ Willing to work on a shift schedule and weekends as assigned by the Head of Department.
