Main Duties of Job:
• Provide primary phone presence in the office for the Service Desk support hotline.
• Monitor IT ticketing system (ServiceNow) - triage and distribute incidents and requests as
appropriate.
• Be the primary person managing the lifecycle of the ticket through to conclusion;
• Ensure that the speed & flexibility of response meets the business needs and respects the
contractual service levels;
• Ensure effective, rapid response and progression to Major Incidents;
• Escalation of critical and high priority tickets to line and senior management;
• To ensure that all IT Support related problems and service requests are recorded in the ITSM
tool and regularly updated;
• Liaise between departments/teams and to act on behalf of the user;

Yêu cầu
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
• Holds at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Excellent Thai in both writing and speaking;
• Intermediate level of English
• Excellent Customer Skills;
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience in supporting Windows 7/10 operating systems, Microsoft Office suite (Office 365,
Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) (optional basic knowledge in IT troubleshooting)
• Has a professional attitude, tact and patience;
• Logical thinking, fairness, ability to quickly diagnose technical issues;
• Willing to travel
