Mô tả công việc
- Study and research company equipment and products.
- Install, maintain, service, and repair products distributed by the company (Diagnostic Imaging systems: Mobile X-ray system, Digital Radiographic System, C-arm system, CVS cardiovascular...)
- Translate technical documents related to products from English into Vietnamese as required.
- Follow assigned work schedules, traveling to many cities/provinces for installation/ maintenance/ service job.
- Regularly report work progress to the Manager in charge.
- Support other departments: receive customer requests and forward them to the sales team or relevant departments to promote company products.
- Promote after-sales services (maintenance, repair, equipment upgrades, etc.) to customers.
- Build and maintain customer relationships (mainly with hospitals/clinics).
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduates are welcomed; candidates with over 1 year of experience are preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in biomedical Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, or related fields.
- Knowledge or experience with medical devices is an advantage (especially X-ray machines).
- Good physical health for frequent business trips.
- Good communication skills (both English and Vietnamese).
- Cooperative and team oriented.
- Computer skills: ability to install Windows OS and applications, with knowledge of network infrastructure.
- Age: 22 - 27 years old.

Work Location: Head Office - Shimadzu Vietnam Co., Ltd., Hanoi (10th Floor, Detech Tower, No. 8 Ton That Thuyet, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam).
Working hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday (off on Saturday and Sunday).
