• Responsible for organizing vehicle pre-delivery inspection for new cars including all related tasks
• Responsible for organizing all After Sales Service processes related to demonstration vehicles
• Coordination of all After Sales related tasks with regards to new car handovers (in cooperation with Sales department).
• Responsible for Tequipment accessories display and retrofit to showroom cars and demonstration cars
• Scheduling of services and repairs
• Coordinating service tasks with workshop and car care team
• Coordinating work with body and paint shop
• Creating quotations, job cards and invoices
• Quality control of serviced vehicles
• Supporting Service Advisors during daily service operations
• Administration of customer, vehicle and job data in DMS and Porsche IT system
• Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of working area
• Ensuring adherence to dealership processes and policies
• Participating in overseas and in-house training courses
• Supporting other operational areas and departments if required
