Mô tả công việc
Manage outsourced staff teams from service providers (IT Operation and Facility teams).
Act as the primary point of contact between client and the service provider.
Organize regular service meetings, address issues, escalate incidents when needed.
Provide emergency response; delegate backup personnel when absent.
Manage outsourced personnel: hiring, training, evaluation, scheduling, performance.
Ensure adherence to client's policies (security, SOP, safety, etc.).
Manage operational data platforms and ensure strict confidentiality.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience: Must be a full-time employee of the service provider (not subcontractor).
Management Skills: Staff organization, compliance monitoring, task delegation.
Communication Skills: Strong communication across client functions, meetings, reporting.
Language: Vietnamese + fluent English (able to communicate clearly in daily/weekly meetings or as required with regional IT).
Soft Skills: Clear communication, effective teamwork, task organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing large-scale service operations or projects.
Multiregional and multilingual coordination skills.
Strong decision-making and emergency handling capabilities.
