Location: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ha Tinh, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh
Job Description:
• Provide after-sales services including system setup, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Install, commission, calibrate, test and troubleshoot related systems both onsite and remotely.
• Offer technical advice and support to the sales team when needed.
• Conduct technical training, demonstrations and customer support for local and overseas clients, as well as Quantel subsidiaries.
• Assist in managing spare parts and materials.
• Prepare service quotations and perform other tasks assigned by the Service Manager.
• Supervise the team members (Team Leader position)
• Integrate, install and operate the company's systems, equipment and software (SI Engineer position)
• Coordinate with relevant departments and the manufacturer's experts during project implementation. (SI Engineer position)
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Graduate from Hanoi Technical University is an advancetage
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the Semiconductor, Electronics, or Technical Service field - however, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Good physical health, able to work on-site.
• Responsible, Willing to business travel for long-term assignments (2-4 weeks)
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English or Chinese.
