Shift Foreman - Supervisor

Main objectives:
• Assist Production Manager to arrange production, control quality, guarantee delivery time and complete KPI index
• Assist Production Manager to use and develop human resource rationally and maintain the relationship with staff
• Assist Production Manager to maintain machinery and equipment
• Assist Production Manager to plan and implement EHS activities
Main responsibilities and tasks
- Assist Production Manager to manage daily operation and production
• Confirm working sheet of planning department
• Make operation schedule and arrange detailed production events
• Check status of equipment and production process, control quality and gurantee delivery time
• If there is abnormal, report the reason to plant manager immediately according to the feedback, and wait for the next order
- Assist Production Manager to maintain machinery and equipment
• Audit the machine maintenance plan
• Order the spare parts
- Assist Production Manager to plan and implement EHS activities and check the status of EHS
- Using KPI to coordinate and improve the production activities and results of all departments
- Put forward personnel requirement and suggestion to Production manager
- Guiding and tracking the induction and job training of new employees
- Perform the effective communication thru the team to ensure all members going the same direction
- Give full instruction to help team members get well understanding of tasks requirement.
- Take the ownership on problem solving to make sure production smoothly with all resources being utilized (4M concept)
- Play a consultant role to subordinates and create team members development plan
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager as business requirement
