Business Development và Partnerships Team tại Shopee rất năng động và tràn đầy năng lượng.Các team luôn tìm cách nắm bắt các cơ hội kinh doanh để đưa Shopee trở thành nền tảng thương mại điện tử số 1 ở Đông Nam Á và Đài Loan. Mục tiêu của Business Development và Partnerships Team là cung cấp cho người mua hàng tại Shopee danh sách sản phẩm đa dạng với mức giá tốt nhất.
- Lead team of 30 members of 2 sub-teams:
+ Onboarding: To support new merchants with onboarding process in all business units Food/Fresh/Pay, bring seamless experience and growing new merchants from very first steps of selling on platform by appropriate tactics/ packages.
+ Manage Long tail group of merchants and upgrade them to next levels in term of sales revenue and operation performance.
- Build strategy to grow Long tail merchants effectively by understanding their needs and concerns, find out their growth levers.
- Work with cross-functions in order to initiate new ideas and tactics to fulfill merchants & business expectations.
- Recruit, train and manage team members to deliver expected Key Performance Indicators results.
● Bachelor in Economic, Business Administration or related fields
● Min 5 years of experience in key account, merchandiser or business development and 2 years of experience in management
● Excellent team player with an attitude for sales, and a drive to always deliver on Key Performance Indicators
● Good command of English
● Good at analyzing / processing / reading data; Microsoft Office (Excel; Power Point; Word)
