We are seeking a Shopify Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing Shopify e-commerce platforms and integrating them with various third-party systems such as CRM, payment gateways, and other business tools. The developer will work closely with our e-commerce, marketing, and IT teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Job description:
· Design, develop, and maintain our Shopify e-commerce website.
· Implement new custom features and functionalities within the Shopify platform.
· Customize Shopify themes to meet branding requirements and enhance user experience.
· Review and understand business requirements to ensure they align with the website design and functionality.
· Integrate third-party applications, like CRM systems and payment gateways.
· Develop APIs and Webhooks for third-party integrations.
· Work with frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery to improve the user interface.
· Ensure website performance is optimized across various devices and browsers.
· Handle technical SEO aspects and ensure site architecture is search engine friendly.
· Conduct regular site audits for security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with payment card industry standards (PCI compliance).
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on project goals and contribute to the overall customer experience.
· Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise with the Shopify website.
· Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and Shopify platform updates.
