Role Overview
The Shopify Website Manager is an in-house role responsible for owning and continuously improving the Paddy O' Furniture Shopify website experience. This role ensures the website remains accurate, performant, and conversion-focused.
Based in Vietnam, this position manages day-to-day website operations, content updates, merchandising, and core integrations. By providing dedicated ownership of the platform, this role reduces operational risk, maintains system stability, and ensures a high-quality digital customer experience as the business scales. This is a highly operational role focused on execution and technical reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Website Operations & Merchandising
• Own and manage all website data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
• Manage content updates and publishing within Shopify (using copy provided by the content team)
• Create and maintain sale and promotional landing pages
• Gather, organize, and schedule online sale assets for timely execution
Technical Maintenance & Site Health
• Partner with IT to support website integrations and technical maintenance
• Monitor site performance, accuracy, and functionality daily
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues or bugs
• Ensure a consistent product and content experience across the e-commerce platform
Product Visualization (Cylindo)
• Support Cylindo product configuration and visualization initiatives
• Assist with Cylindo product creation and backend setup
• Create Cylindo dimension shots to support consistent digital product presentation
Reporting & Communication
• Maintain clear communication with U.S.-based marketing and technology teams
• Document website workflows and update logs
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on upcoming site changes and promotional launches
Yêu cầu
• Requirement: 2-5 years of experience managing or supporting a Shopify website
• Fluent English required; ability to work daily with U.S.-based teams and manage customer-facing content
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify content management and merchandising
• Understanding of website data structures, product data, and content workflows
• Experience supporting website integrations and working alongside IT or technical teams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Experience with product visualization tools (such as Cylindo) is a strong plus
• Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and UX principles
