Mô tả công việc
Work closely with show directors and producers to manage the artist line-up - from selection, booking, and negotiation to on-site coordination.
Develop show concepts and performance flow in alignment with each artist's style and brand image.
Collaborate with performance teams, creative producers, and technical leads to ensure smooth integration of artist performances with stage design, visuals, music, and effects.
Coordinate all artist-related logistics - rehearsal schedules, travel, accommodation, hospitality, and stage requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with artists, management agencies, and entertainment partners to ensure long-term collaboration opportunities.
Stay updated on music and entertainment trends to bring in fresh performance ideas and elevate audience experience.

Yêu cầu
At least 2 years of experience in show production, artist management, or entertainment coordination. Experience in beer, FMCG, or lifestyle events is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both spoken and written).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple artists or performances simultaneously.
Good understanding of stage performance, live production, and artist branding.
Proactive, reliable, and calm under pressure.
Team player with creative energy and a passion for entertainment.
