Shrimp Experiment Technician

Working location: ADM VN R&D Center, Nha Be (Shuttle bus provided)
Responsibilities:
This position holder is responsible for:
1. Deployment of experiments
Checking, supporting and urging staff to carry out the right protocols
Developing new experimental methodologies
2. Management and administration
Managing a team of 3 workers
Estimating the materials for trials.
Supervising the actual use (in terms of efficiency, safety, preservation ...)
3. Development of internal processes and regulations of the center
Improve internal RD process to assure the quality of trials
Ensure safety practices within shrimp experimental areas
4. Data processing
Collect and verify the trial data and submit the data to the manager in timely manner
Statistical analyze trial data using a stat software
Preparing final reports (excel file)
Other tasks depends on line manager's request
Help occasionally on other projects: data synthesis, support on external trials
