Site Admin/document Controller

Are you ready to be an integral part of our dynamic construction team? We're seeking a Site Secretary / Document Controller to join us at our bustling construction site in Thai Binh, Vietnam. As a key player, you'll ensure the seamless execution of our exciting construction projects.
What will you do:
- Assistant to Construction Manager and in support of Site team with all. administrative and supporting works relating to the project.
- Set up and manage documents control system as per company QMS system (you will be trained for this). Please note that a Document Management Platform will be used for this project (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Handle all documents in and out.
- Drawing / document distribution and registration.
- Set up and maintain document overview lists.
- Interpreting, translating documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Taking minutes of the meeting.
- Filing control.
- Photocopy, printing, scan and binding books.
- Other duties which may be reasonably required, e.g. housing arrangements / transport team, team activities, etc.
