Our company is welcoming potential Site Project Manager in a fast track hotel resort, casino and golf course development project in Vietnam.
Site PM coordinates, supervises and manages consultants and contractors to ensure that all deliverables, and works are within budget, safely and at the required level of quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Maintain proper coordination among different internal teams (Project Management, Design, Commercial, Structural/Civil, MEP, Safety)
• Review and manage the consultants and contractors to ensure practical, cost and functional effective civil designs and construction methods
• Facilitate the coordination among designers/ consultants/ contractors for design development and problem solving
• Chair or join various coordination meetings and progress meetings to facilitate coordination process
• Progress monitoring and reporting
• Detect delays and problems in the project and tackle them by coordination with various parties
• Assist to ensure works are completed in time, in high quality and within budget
• Ensure safety and housekeeping is kept at a good level at the construction site
• Assist to review commercial contracts and progress payments.
• Other assignments from direct supervisor and Management Board.
Yêu cầu
• A degree holder within civil engineering.
• Minimum of 10 - year experience in consultant firms or developer
• Local Vietnam project experience preferable
• Good communication skills and problem solving capabilities
• Fluent in speaking and written English
