- 6 days/week
** Job Description:
- Prepare construction plan, inspection and test plan, site schedule... for Site (almost Water Treatment Plant Waste Water Treatment Plant project)
- Control site works as Site Manager of Main Contractor. Safety first, Quality, Schedule, Risk assessment.
- Make, check, control all document: daily report, site diary, weekly report, inspection report, minute of meeting, as built drawings, testing record, monthly report...
- Working independent skill good, Teamwork skill good. Excellent communication, negotiation, time control skill.
- Join all meeting (daily, weekly) with Owner, Consultant, Sub-contractor. Join Site safety patrol.
- Honestly, quick learning, diligent, problem solving abilities, willing to go site often at Northern and Southern Vietnam.
- Certificate "Chứng chỉ hành nghề giám sát xây dựng" hạng 2, "Chứng chỉ thiết kế xây dựng".
- Check design works: check structural calculate report, architect drawings, estimation report.
Yêu cầu
- Education background: University
- Age: - 35 years old (If possible. Ability is prior to age)
- Appearance: Necessary
- Over 5 years experienced at similar position
** Other skills:
- Good English Communication.
- Auto CAD
- Revit 2015, Sap 2000, Etab.
** Work license: "Chứng chỉ hành nghề thi công xây dựng" 1
** Others preferred:
- More than 5 years experience civil site at works. High adaption and capability to work under pressure.
- Prefer worked in Water Treatment Plant or Waste Water Treatment Plant project.
