1. Main Responsibilities
- Manage open-warehouse(s) of woodchips for all matters included but not limited to goods inflow and outflow, goods' quality, inventory loss, operation cost control
- Quality control: Surveil the processes of sampling and testing; Control quality and moisture content of inventory; Manage foreign matters and contamination in stockyard; Provide technical support to suppliers (local chipmills)
- Lead team of 6-8 QC for operation at site, shift arrangement for QC team in line with company policy and Viet Nam labour law. Check and ensure labour safety
- Liaise with all Service Providers and related Parties (such as Port Authorities, Border Police, ...) to make certain smooth operation of the warehouse
- Handle complaint from Suppliers and Buyer
- Handle operational problem that occurs in daily activities and exporting
- Manage inventory and draft survey data for better performance on loss control
- Support in exporting documents
Yêu cầu
2. Requirements
- Bachelor degree in related fields, technical degree is preferred
- English working proficiency
- Familiar with MS Office
- Frequent business trip required
- Experienced in similar role is a plus
- Experienced in woodchips / wood processing industry is a plus
Working location: Cai Lan industrial zone, Bai Chay ward, Quang Ninh province
