Overview:
This role will lead overall Site Project Construction Management and MEP works, ensuring delivery of Scope, Cost, Quality and Timely delivery of the Project.
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall Project execution at Ha Nam Greenfield Site
• Engage with Field Engineering team by providing Project Management leadership to successfully drive key project KPI's (timeline, budget, scope, safety).
• Key deliverables:
Lead co-ordination amongst Design House design team, PMC teams and PepsiCo cross functional teams.
Lead PepsiCo site team.
Manage supervision of Civils, Pre-engineered Building, MEP and Process line commissioning.
Engage with Project coordinator, Procurement and Finance for respective workstreams.
Verify Bill of Quantities, Variation proposals and non-tendered items.
Manage monthly project progress to milestone plan.
• Project planning, Schedule regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring coordinated execution of project.
• Should have leadership skills to coordinate and lead all disciplines of Project Management team.
• Closely collaborate with cross functional BU teams like quality, Foods Safety, EHS and Performance & Productivity to ensure meeting performance & KPI's of all utilities, services and production line
• Responsible for successful management of project cycle supporting BU and allowing service to sales dates meeting business needs including capital spending plan.
• Managing site construction and supervision of MEP works to ensure quality and specification are met.
• Compliance to PepsiCo standards and local Govt regulations including Safety, MESS and Environmental.
• Control Capex / Opex spending, including verification the billing against work progress following project governance.
• Coordination process & packaging equipment installation, including commissioning and start up.
• Execute snag list, closing of gaps and minor improvements requested by plant operation to deliver machine running effectively.
• Develop a detailed summary of post project learning and share with key stakeholders.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar technical background
- Greenfield project management experience preferred.
- Strong engineering knowledge across Site Execution, Civils, Utilities, Water, WWTP technologies.
- General knowledge of food/beverage process and packaging technologies.
- Good knowledge of civils/utilities related Sustainability technologies, FMG and AIB requirements.
- Ability to accurately track project budget for Capex spending.
- Strong contractor, design house and vendor management skills.
- Understanding and applying global PepsiCo Engineering Specifications (Civils, utilities, Electro/Mech) and Construction Safety Standards.
- Ability to work and modify Gantt charts, developing RFQ's for civil / design works.
- Ability to organize and deliver engineering capability building events.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills with ability to influence technical community within the organization over a wide cultural geography.
- Team player, self-motivating, able to deal with uncertainty and complexity, cultural sensitivity in responding to different cultures.
- Analytical and results oriented.
- Lean Six Sigma & TPM knowledge preferred.
- Technical Degree: Engineering (Civils, Mechanical & Electrical preferred)
- Fluent in English.
- 5 - 10 years Project management experience; preferably with mid to large scale investments of $10MM-$50MM range
- Preferably 3+ years of experience within Food/Bev/FMCG industry
