Digital Marketing Specialist

Slimcase is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to scale our presence across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Meta, Google in Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
In this role, you'll execute cross-platform campaigns, track performance, and uncover data-driven insights that fuel revenue growth. This is a high-ownership position for someone who's both analytical and creative, with a passion for e-commerce and digital optimization.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and improve key performance metrics (ROAS, CPP, funnel conversion).
• Analyze campaign and sales performance using UTM, GA4, Shopify, and marketplace dashboards; leverage data insights to test and scale effectively.
• Launch and optimize campaigns across multiple countries (e.g., Vietnam, Southeast Asia, ...), adapting creatives and targeting to local behavior.
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide post-campaign data and insights in terms of reporting and presenting media trends, local insights and recommendations to improve performance and budget optimization.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep campaigns cutting-edge.
• Assist the Line Manager with other tasks as needed.
Nice to Have:
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in E-commerce, FMCG, or Fashion industry.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with Shopify and E-commerce platforms.
