[SO] UX/UI - BA Expert

Job Summary
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with Business Analysis capabilities to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This role is primarily focused on UX/UI design , while also bridging business needs and user expectations through structured analysis.
The ideal candidate excels at understanding user behavior, translating business requirements into design solutions , and delivering visually engaging, functional interfaces.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
UX/UI Design (Primary Focus)
Design user-centered interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications .
Define and improve user journeys, flows, and interaction models .
Ensure consistency across UI components and design systems .
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs . Business Analysis (Supporting Role)
Gather and clarify business and user requirements from stakeholders.
Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specs .
Align design solutions with business goals and product strategy .
Facilitate discussions between business, technical teams, and users .
Support backlog refinement and prioritization . Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders .
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies .
Advocate for user experience best practices across the team.
Continuously improve design processes, tools, and standards.
