As a Social Branding Intern, you will handle brand communication and community development, while managing digital platforms for clients across diverse industries. We need someone who can walk the talk and execute realistic tactics with confidence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Communication Strategy and Planning:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns, stay current with trends, best practices, and new features or tools, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into the brand's social media strategy.
2. Content Creation and Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, aligned with brand tone of voice and visual guidelines.
Contribute to digital branding planning by developing social media posts, blogs, videos, and other multimedia assets, actively participating in the content creation by offering valuable suggestions and ideas.
Manage social media accounts, engage with customers and followers, and provide timely and professional responses to inquiries, comments, messages, and reviews, ensuring exceptional customer service and enhancing brand reputation.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in
Digital Marketing, Professional Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong interest in branding, digital platforms, social media trends, and digital marketing tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
Full-time Intern period: 9 months (Monday - Friday).
