What You'll Do
The Social Commerce Manager is responsible for leading and developing Social Commerce activities, optimizing interaction and conversion on social networking platforms, contributing to revenue growth, and enhancing brand awareness. The Manager is also accountable for managing and operating groups to achieve common goals.
1. Develop Social Commerce Strategy (Livestream And Affiliate)
- Develop and implement a social commerce strategy.
- Create monthly/quarterly/yearly strategies for live stream and affiliate marketing activities on online platforms.
- Establish and manage the company's affiliate program. This includes finding, evaluating, and creating relationships with new affiliate partners, as well as maintaining affiliate marketing contracts and ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
2. Campaign Management And Implementation
- Increase revenue from the social commerce channel.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate marketing strategies' performance, including evaluating partners' performance and optimizing marketing strategies.
- Guide the team to deploy and adjust Livestream/affiliate campaigns.
3. Content Development And Management
- Create quality and attractive content.
- Create content suitable for live stream/affiliate customers.
- Stay updated with new trends in the affiliate field and propose new improvements and developments.
- Approve and manage content across distributed network platforms.
4. Team Management And Training
- Build a high-performance team.
- Guide and support personnel, helping them understand goals and tasks, and providing resources and guidance for effective work.
- Evaluate and monitor team members' performance, providing periodic feedback and necessary support to improve their performance.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, encouraging collaboration and communication within the team to achieve common goals.
