Mô tả công việc
• Conduct social compliance audits in plants & on-site/ off-site subcontractors, handle risk assessments, follow up corrective actions, and conduct safety awareness program.
• Prepare Legal Documentation.
• Conduct weekly/ quarterly HSE audits in plants, follow up HSE status and corrective actions (if request).
• Conduct annual HSE activities as Law requirements.
• Conduct orientation Training for new employees.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Law, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Understanding in Industrial Safety, Health and Hygiene V/N, Labor Law, Factories Act, Environment Law, Audit Procedures, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action Formulation preferred.
• Internal audit skill
• Good English-Spoken and Written Skills
• Teamwork, integrity
• Continuous improvement, risk assessment
• MS-Office skills
• Skill to Train and Enforce good Health and Safety Practices
• Negotiation skills
