Main Objectives:
Build and implement a strategy for short-form video and podcast content that is creative and engaging on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to enhance brand awareness, customer interaction, and drive business objectives.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of content campaigns, and make suitable improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Brainstorm ideas, write scripts, and produce creative, unique short-form videos suitable for each social media platform and target audience.
Develop and grow engaging podcast series that are highly interactive and provide valuable content for listeners.
Collaborate with relevant departments (Design,
Video Editor, etc.) to ensure the best content quality.
Channel Management and Growth:
Manage and grow communication channels on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video and podcast content on social media platforms.
Measuring and Evaluating Effectiveness:
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (views, interactions, shares, etc.).
Evaluate the effectiveness of content campaigns, and make improvements and optimizations.
Report on operational performance.
Other Tasks:
Participate in other company marketing activities as required.
Contribute new ideas and suggestions to improve marketing effectiveness.
Have at least 1-2 years of experience working in content marketing.
Have experience managing and growing social media channels.
Understanding of basic video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, etc.
Ability to set up and basic understanding of materials, filming equipment, camera angles.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
