Role Purpose

The ideal candidate has solid execution capability in an agency environment, with a stronger interest and working exposure in Social Media, content creative, KOLs and online communities.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and clarify client briefs, break down requirements into actionable tasks, timelines, deliverables and execution checklists.
Directly execute IMC campaign workstreams, with stronger involvement in Social Media-related scopes such as content plans, social posts, KOL content and community activities.
Prepare working materials including meeting notes, status updates, timelines, content tracking sheets, KOL/community lists, briefs, deployment checklists and basic campaign reports.
Work hands-on with internal teams and external partners to get deliverables completed, reviewed, revised and delivered on time; proactively solve execution issues instead of only passing information between parties.
Support proposal and planning development by contributing social/content ideas, content angles, KOL/community recommendations and execution feasibility inputs.
Handle client communication on assigned tasks, including updating progress, collecting feedback, clarifying revisions and ensuring agreed actions are completed.
Manage KOL and community execution when required, from shortlist proposal, rate checking, booking, briefing, content review, posting follow-up to evidence collection and reporting.
Track campaign progress, deliverables, quality, deadlines and post-campaign results to ensure smooth project delivery and clear accountability.
