Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Social Media & Community Specialist to take ownership of both social media channels and affiliate/MMO communities. This role is responsible for driving content performance, growing engaged communities, and contributing directly to publisher acquisition and activation across Asia, CIS, Europe, and Vietnam markets, with a strong focus on CPA network environments.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Work closely with line manager (Head of Marketing) to define content direction aligned with marketing goals and target audience across Asia, CIS, Europe, and Vietnam
• Execute content across key platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, forums
• Coordinate with design/content team to produce high-quality assets
• Manage posting calendar and ensure consistency in brand voice
• Support execution and optimization of social campaigns (organic & paid)
Community Management (Affiliate / CPA / MMO)
• Align with line manager on community direction and engagement strategy
• Build, manage, and grow communities on Facebook groups, Telegram, forums, and similar platforms
• Develop strong relationships with publishers, webmasters, and creators in the CPA network ecosystem
• Initiate discussions, activities, and engagement programs to increase retention
• Maintain community quality, moderate content, and handle issues proactively
• Gather insights and feedback from community to support business decisions
Industry Events & Conferences
• Work with line manager to plan and execute participation in global Affiliate/CPA industry events and conferences
• Identify relevant events across key regions (Asia, CIS, Europe)
• Coordinate with internal teams on objectives and execution
• Support networking, publisher acquisition, and post-event follow-up
Publisher Growth & Activation (CPA Focus)
• Align with line manager and BD/AM teams on approach for publisher growth from community channels
• Identify and develop potential publisher sources from community channels
• Support onboarding and activation of new publishers
• Collaborate with BD/AM teams to convert community members into active partners
• Monitor engagement quality and activation performance
Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Track key metrics: engagement, reach, community growth, activation rate
• Analyze content and community performance to optimize strategy
• Provide regular insights and actionable recommendations
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with BD, AM, and Marketing teams
• Align on campaigns, offers, and market insights
• Support internal teams with community feedback and trends
Yêu cầu
• 2-4 years of experience in Social Media and/or Community roles
• Strong experience in Affiliate / CPA networks / MMO industry is required
• Solid understanding of CPA network models, publishers, and performance marketing ecosystem
• Strong understanding of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, forums
• Experience working with publisher / webmaster / creator communities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
• Russian language is a strong advantage
• Existing network with publishers is a big advantage
• Experience in seeding, community growth hacking
• Basic knowledge of paid social is a plus
