We're looking for the face of TeenCare on social media.
Not someone who just manages social media accounts.
Not someone who simply follows content calendars, writes captions, or posts videos.
We're looking for a natural-born content creator - someone who lives and breathes social media, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and has the personality, creativity, and instincts to turn a brand into something people genuinely love watching.
Think of the creators who make you follow a brand because of the person behind the camera. The ones who make you laugh, think, relate, and come back for more.
We want you to be that person for TeenCare.
About TeenCare
TeenCare is an AI-powered parenting and teen development company on a mission to help the next generation become more confident, independent, and self-driven.
We combine behavioral science, AI, and human mentorship to help parents better understand their teenagers, build healthier habits, and transform family relationships.
But we believe important things don't have to be boring.
Parenting is full of hilarious moments, awkward conversations, emotional revelations, misunderstandings, and universal truths. There's an enormous opportunity to tell those stories in ways that are entertaining, authentic, and impossible to ignore.
That's where you come in.
What You'll Do
- Become a recognizable personality behind TeenCare
- Be comfortable appearing on camera as a recurring host and personality across TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Develop your own recognizable voice, humor, style, and recurring content formats.
- Make people feel like they're following a real person, not a corporate account.
- Build an authentic connection with our audience, especially Vietnamese parents and families.
- Create content people actually want to watch
- Dream up, script, film, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos.
- Create funny, relatable, thought-provoking, emotional, and occasionally unexpected content.
- Experiment with POVs, sketches, interviews, street content, storytelling, trends, challenges, and original series.
- Turn everyday parenting situations and teen behaviors into compelling stories.
- Stay ahead of internet culture and understand which trends are worth adapting - and which ones aren't.
- Build original content franchises
We don't just want isolated viral videos. We want recurring series people recognize and look forward to.
Imagine content such as:
- Parenting knowledge- In a viral way
- "We Asked Teenagers..." - Asking teens the questions parents are dying to know the answers to.
- "Vietnamese Mom Logic" - Hilarious, painfully relatable parenting moments.
- "Parents vs. Teens" - Two generations answering the same questions, with surprisingly different perspectives.
- "Things Parents Don't Know" - Unexpected insights into teenagers' minds.
- "TeenCare Experiments" - Trying out habits, challenges, parenting techniques, and AI tools in real life.
- "Dear Mom..." - Honest things teenagers wish their parents understood.
These are starting points. We expect you to come up with better ideas that blend the brand/product in naturally.
- Own the creative process from idea to publication
- Research audience interests, viral formats, emerging trends, and successful creators.
- Develop concepts and compelling hooks.
- Film independently or collaborate with our team, mentors, experts, parents, and teenagers.
- Edit videos with strong pacing, captions, sound, and storytelling.
- Publish, analyze performance, and continuously improve.
- Turn successful formats into repeatable content series.
You'll have room to experiment, take creative risks, and develop your own style.
- Help build a brand people talk about
Your mission isn't simply to generate views.
It's to make TeenCare a recognizable and trusted name in parenting and teen development.
You'll help us create content that earns attention, sparks conversations, generates organic sharing, and ultimately makes more families want to discover TeenCare.
Who We're Looking For
You might be our person if:
- You're genuinely obsessed with social media and short-form video.
- You naturally think in hooks, stories, memes, and content ideas.
- You're expressive, comfortable on camera, and have a memorable personality.
- You know how to make something ordinary entertaining.
- You have a strong sense of humor, emotional intelligence, and curiosity about people.
- You understand Vietnamese internet culture, especially TikTok and Facebook.
- You can independently create videos from concept to finished product.
- You have strong creative judgment and can explain why certain content works.
- You're resourceful, experimental, fast-moving, and comfortable testing unconventional ideas.
- You care about creating positive impact, not just chasing attention.
Strong advantages:
- You've built your own TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook audience.
- You've created videos with significant organic reach.
- You've been a recognizable personality for another brand.
- You have experience with street interviews, comedic sketches, storytelling, or educational entertainment.
- You have an interest in psychology, relationships, parenting, or Gen Z/Gen Alpha culture.
We care much more about your creative instincts and actual work than your degree, previous job titles, or years of experience.
You don't need to be a parent or a psychologist. You do need to be curious, thoughtful, and respectful when discussing families and young people.

- Develop and test several distinct content formats.
- Establish a consistent short-form publishing rhythm.
- Identify early signals of what resonates.
