We are growing our digital presence and looking for a motivated Social Media Executive who can help us create, adapt, and publish daily content across multiple platforms.
This role is suitable for someone who is interested in social media,
digital marketing, AI tools, and Chinese-language content. Mandarin is required, but this is not a professional interpreter role.
Social Media Executive - Mandarin Required (AI-Driven Content)
Role Summary:
You will help plan, produce, and publish content across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
The Singapore team will provide content direction, source materials, and guidance. Your role is to adapt these materials into clear, platform-friendly content using AI tools, basic design tools, and your Mandarin understanding.
Over time, you will take more ownership of content ideas, posting schedules, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Publish 5 high-quality posts daily across YouTube, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Repurpose curated material from the internal team into platform-native formats with appropriate tone, length, hooks, captions, hashtags, and thumbnails.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Opus Clip, ElevenLabs, and agentic AI workflows such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom agents to streamline ideation, drafting, design, video editing, and scheduling.
Advise the internal team on what content to prepare, including formats, angles, trending topics, and platform-specific requirements.
Plan and maintain a content calendar; coordinate with the Singapore team on campaigns, launches, and timely posts.
Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement; respond promptly in brand voice.
Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion, and follower growth, and report weekly with insights and recommendations.
Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trending audio/formats, and AI tooling.
Maintain brand consistency, accuracy, and compliance for content related to financial and corporate services.
