Social Media Executive (Esports)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily Content Creation: Writing content, designing basic images, or creating short videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) about popular games in Vietnam such as LOL, Arena of Valor, FC Online, PUBG, etc.
Channel Management: Posting and managing the fanpage/TikTok.
Instant Content Production: Following matches and tournaments, updating results, and editing highlight moments (great plays, funny mistakes, drama, etc.) for immediate posting.
Spying and Hunting Trend: Participating in game groups, competitor channels, and international channels to keep up with trends, new memes, or topics being discussed by the community to incorporate into content.
Increasing Engagement: Discussing or responding to comments to increase engagement and retain the community on social media channels.
Reporting: Compiling weekly/monthly post engagement statistics as requested by the Leader.
REQUIREMENTS
GAME KNOWLEDGE: Candidates must have played, tried out, or closely followed at least two of the following games: League of Legends, Arena of Valor, TFT, FC Online, PUBG, etc. They must have a good understanding of community insights and be familiar with information about famous streamers/players/teams.
SKILLS
Skills in using video editing tools on smart phone or PC (CapCut is required).
Skills in using Photoshop for designing memes, covers, or simple articles.
Strong writing skills, flexible and non-stereotypical writing style.
WORK ETHIC:
Possesses a supportive mindset, a proactive attitude, and collaborates well with the Leader.
Able to handle time pressure (especially during major tournament periods which often fall on weekends or late at night).
