Social Media Leader

This is a Senior position in Digital Marketing, specializing in Social Media across a variety of channels including LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, email marketing and multiple websites. In the capacity of this job, the ideal candidate would be developing strategy for the company to improve the performance of its social media metrics, running digital marketing campaigns for the company's clients, overseeing the quality of the content creation and managing the company's multiple social media accounts.
Develop, implement and manage a social media strategy in line with the company's business vision and goals
Oversee day-to-day management of social media activities and marketing campaigns
Manage the company's social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram ETC. through HootSuite
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between our company and clients and followers to ensure a consistent branding image and positive online experience
Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms
Work closely with the copywriters, graphic designers, video editors and project managers to carry out all planned social media activities
Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices and technologies
Communicate with eyecare industry's KOLs and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
