Overview:
As the Social Media Manager for Long-Form Content, Advertising, and Course Content, you will be responsible for developing and executing an in-depth content strategy for Phùng Tấn Tài. Your focus will be on producing engaging long-form videos, compelling advertising videos, and high-quality course content. This role operates in a hybrid work model-combining online work with in-person shoots in Ho Chi Minh City (offline sessions primarily during video shoots). You will work directly with Phùng Tấn Tài and closely collaborate with the
Video Editor and
Designer. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting and building a team of Video Editors and Designers to scale content production according to the brand's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership & Editing:
Actively participate in the editing process for long-form videos and the development of in-depth written content.
Provide structured feedback to the Video Editor and Designer to ensure that all outputs-from advertising videos to course content-meet high-quality standards and align with Phùng Tấn Tài's creative vision.
Content Strategy Development:
Develop and oversee the content strategy for long-form videos, advertising campaigns, and course materials, clearly defining themes and target audiences.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, technology, and new tools to optimize the content production process.
Pre-Production & Logistics:
Plan all stages of production, from concept development to execution, including scripting and creating detailed shot lists for long-form videos, advertising content, and course lectures.
Coordinate closely with Phùng Tấn Tài, the Video Editor, and the Designer to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Manage scheduling and logistics for video shoots.
Team Management & Recruitment:
Lead and supervise the team of Video Editors and Designers, ensuring optimal performance in content production.
Develop efficient workflows and implement automation where possible to enhance production speed and scalability.
Recruit additional Video Editors and Designers as needed, and establish training and onboarding systems for new team members.
Course Content Management & Learner Support:
Oversee the development of course content, from planning to execution of lectures and educational materials.
Support learners with visually engaging instructional materials that enhance knowledge retention and understanding.
Multi-Channel Content Production:
Generate and develop creative ideas for long-form videos and advertising content, as well as in-depth course materials for the website and other digital platforms.
Prepare detailed briefs for projects, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging across all outputs.
Proofread and ensure that all content is polished and professional before publishing.
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
Draft and manage daily communications via the CRM system (using HubSpot - training provided) to maintain a professional relationship with clients and course participants.
Build and sustain long-term relationships across various communication channels to enhance brand value.
Project & Resource Management:
Organize and maintain a systematic repository of images, videos, articles, and other relevant documents.
Track project progress and collaborate with Phùng Tấn Tài, the Video Editor, and the Designer during video shoots and content production (using Asana).
Archive and update evidence of learner outcomes and company achievements to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
