Position Summary
The Social Media Supervisor is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies to strengthen brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support business objectives. This role oversees social media content, campaign execution, community management, influencer marketing activities, and performance reporting. The Social Media Supervisor also manages and mentors junior team members while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, agencies,
content creators, and influencers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
• Create and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual social media plans and content calendars.
• Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital opportunities to maintain brand relevance.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social media platforms.
2. Content Management & Creative Direction
• Oversee the planning, creation, review, and publishing of content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging and high-quality content.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and audience preferences.
• Drive creative storytelling and innovative content formats to maximize engagement.
3. Influencer Marketing Management
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to support brand and campaign objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with influencers, KOLs, KOCs, creators, and brand advocates.
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, content approvals, and campaign execution.
• Monitor influencer performance and measure campaign effectiveness against predefined KPIs.
• Ensure influencer content complies with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
4. Campaign Management
• Lead the execution of integrated social media campaigns from concept to post-campaign evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Support paid social initiatives in collaboration with performance marketing teams.
• Continuously optimize campaign performance through testing, monitoring, and data analysis.
5. Community Management & Brand Reputation
• Supervise day-to-day community management activities across all social channels.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.
• Monitor online conversations and audience sentiment regarding the brand.
• Escalate and support the management of social media issues and potential reputation risks.
6. Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Track KPIs including engagement, reach, audience growth, content performance, website traffic, conversions, and influencer effectiveness.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Supervise and mentor Content Creators, and Community Management personnel.
• Assign responsibilities, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Foster collaboration across
Purchasing and Commercial teams.
• Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to the Head of Marketing.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing,
Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.
• Previous experience working with retailers, agencies and content creators is highly preferred.

• Experience managing influencer/KOL/KOC campaigns from planning to evaluation.
