Mô tả công việc
- To plan and write PR articles, seeding, and media stories related to the company's services.
- To work with partners/suppliers to improve the effectiveness of social channels.
- To monitor and implement media KPIs on views, reach, engagement, likes, shares... for each company campaign.
- Reporting campaign performance to leads by week/month/quarter.
- To manage and plan detailed content deployment on social media channels: TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, X (Twitter), ...
- To recommend KOLs/KOCs/influencers suitable for communication campaigns for the company and work with them to achieve committed KPIs.
- Analyzing social media metrics, tracking campaign performance, and creating reports to measure strategy effectiveness.
- Staying up-to-date with new trends and algorithms on social media to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Writing content, shooting videos, and collaborating with other teams to ensure content aligns with the brand's message and identity of brands.
- Effectively managing costs, committing to achieving set goals. Working closely with relevant teams to achieve set KPI targets.
Yêu cầu
- Experience in content marketing and social media (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok,...).
- Knowing how to create and edit basic images/videos to post on social networking platforms.
- Experience in detailed social media planning and social infrastructure management.
- Experience in measuring, analyzing, and managing data from social media and social-related channels.
- Experience in using media analysis or measurement software
- Knowing how to analyze data and having a deep understanding of emotions in video clips to optimize social media strategies.
