But having expertise isn't enough. People won't learn from content they never stop scrolling for. That's why we're hiring a Social Series Content Creator. This role is for someone who loves figuring out:
Why some content gets remembered while other content gets ignored
Why some formats keep people watching
How to turn expertise into content people actually want to consume
This isn't a "write random posts and follow trends" role. You'll help build repeatable social content series that grow attention, strengthen our brand, and turn expertise into audience engagement. Success is measured by: content quality, audience growth, engagement, and the strength of the content systems you build.
I. Your mission
Turn expertise into social content people actually want to watch, read, follow, and share.
You'll help F.Learning build repeatable content series across LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube by combining:
Research mindset
Creative storytelling
Strong scripting
Content format thinking
II. What your days will look like
Research what people care about
Research:
Audience pain points
Industry conversations
Competitor content
Social trends
High-performing content formats
Look beyond "what's trending". Figure out why people pay attention in the first place.
Build repeatable social series
You'll turn ideas into content systems. You define:
Series concept
Audience
Hook
Format
Topic pipeline
Think beyond individual posts. Create content people can recognize and follow over time.
Write scripts that hold attention
You'll develop:
TikTok scripts
Short-form video scripts
LinkedIn content
Educational storytelling content
Turn expertise into audience-friendly content
Work with founders, learning
designers, PMs, animators, and subject matter experts. Take complex ideas and make them:
Easier to understand
More engaging
More memorable
Without losing accuracy.
Collaborate with production teams
Work closely with:
Designers
Illustrators
Animators
Video editors
Create clear creative briefs and help ensure the final output delivers the intended message.
Learn from performance
Review content performance. Identify:
Which formats work
Which hooks perform
Which series deserve expansion
Which ideas need improvement
Turn every piece of content into a learning opportunity.

Salary: Negotiable with 13th-month salary and bonus based on performance.
