About the Role:
We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to take complete ownership of maintaining and enhancing our existing system. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the sole developer, collaborating closely with the
Project Manager (PM) to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of updates and improvements. You will work across the backend, frontend, and mobile platforms, ensuring the entire system performs optimally and stays aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance the existing system, addressing bugs, improving features, and optimizing performance.
Develop new features and functionalities across Java (backend), [protected info] (frontend), and Flutter (mobile).
Implement SEO best practices to ensure search engine visibility and improve site performance.
Monitor and manage system performance, troubleshooting production issues as needed.
Work directly with the Project Manager to prioritize tasks, plan sprints, and deliver updates on time.
Manage deployments and updates across web and mobile platforms.
Document code and maintain system knowledge for long-term sustainability.

Required Skills:
Backend Development:
Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot preferred).
Familiarity with MySQL
Knowledge of API design
Frontend Development:
Expertise in [protected info] for building responsive user interfaces.
Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Mobile Development:
Hands-on experience with Flutter for mobile app development.
SEO Skills:
Knowledge of SEO optimization, including on-page SEO, structured data, and performance tuning for search engines.
DevOps and Deployment:
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, server management, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to align with the PM.
