• Analyze, understand business and technical requirements and work with clients across different domains and industries
• Produce high-quality design deliverables that describe how the solution will accommodate business and technical requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using the best practices and design patterns
• Conduct unit and manual testing; and deliver high quality solutions
• Identify bottlenecks, bugs and devise solutions to troubleshoot and address issues
• Work in an Agile, international environment with experienced and skilled colleagues in Vietnam and Europe
• Plan and organize your own work and accurately report issues and progress in a timely manner
• Take responsibility for building up team spirit and following up with team progress
• Identify areas for personal development, not only for yourself, but also for your colleagues
• You will get a chance to work with different programming languages and technologies, as those vary from project to project, a large part of our tech stacks is Java.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's or Master's degree within a relevant IT specialization
• Experienced with Java and open to new technologies
• 5+ years of relevant technical expertise and strong in Back-end
• Open to candidates with either management or technical orientations
• Good analysis skills with a strong result-oriented mindset
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experienced with development and delivery of bigger IT solutions
• Experienced in working across technologies and business domains
• Open towards and able to quickly learn new technologies
Additional Information
Sign-on bonus: A one-time sign-on bonus is applied to all candidates who join at the Senior level in January 2026. The bonus will be paid when you successfully pass probation.
Recruitment process:
- Phone Screening (English Proficiency Test): Once your application is reviewed and meets the qualifications, the Recruitment Team will reach out to you via phone for a discussion. Please note that you may receive a call from an unknown number after submitting your application.
- In-person Interview (Conducted in English, 2 hours): The interview will take place at our office and will be conducted entirely in English. The session will be divided into two parts:
