For Backend (Java Spring Boot):
• Develop and maintain the company's systems and applications.
• Analyze business requirements, design, and develop backend modules.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs for system integration.
• Develop applications based on Microservices architecture.
• Work with NoSQL databases, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Optimize system performance, handle large-scale data processing, and improve scalability.
• Research and apply new technologies to products.
• Collaborate with BA, QC, DevOps, and related teams throughout the development process.
• Participate in code reviews, optimize source code, and ensure product quality.
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting when necessary.
• Work following the Agile/Scrum methodology.
For Frontend (ReactJS):
• Experience with [protected info] version 18+.
• Knowledge of Single Page Applications (SPA).
• Experience using Axios in React applications.
• Experience with at least one React UI framework (e.g., PrimeReact or Ant Design).
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Java application development.
• Proficient in Java Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and Microservices systems.
• Strong experience working with SQL and databases such as NoSQL, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiar with Docker and Git/GitLab/GitHub.
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message queue systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of caching technologies such as Redis is a plus.
• Understanding of CI/CD and Agile software development processes.
• Ability to read and understand English technical documentation.

• Proactive at work with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and handle work pressure.
AI-Assisted Development Skills
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve coding efficiency and productivity
• Ability to leverage AI for debugging, code generation, and documentation support
• Understanding of best practices when integrating AI into the software development lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with large-scale, high-performance systems.
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms, Kubernetes, or DevOps is an advantage.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or Big Data technologies is a plus.
