The Job
Our Manufacturing Solutions division is seeking a dedicated and innovative Software Engineer to help develop advanced technologies that enhance automation and efficiency in modern production environments. This role will be part of a team building core machine-control libraries that power high-precision equipment used across global manufacturing facilities. Role, Responsibilities & Typical Activities
1. Software Engineer: 1-3 years (Junior)
- Full Stack Engineer
- Design, code, test and debug new software utilizing technologies for the project assigned.
- Work in an Agile software development environment (using Scrum)
- Participate in requirements reviews.
- Refactor existing software.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Software Quality Assurance, and other development teams to ensure that solutions are efficient, consistent and fulfills business needs.
- Other duties assigned by Manager
2. Software Engineer: 3-6+ years (Middle) 6-9+ years (Senior)
- Full Stack Engineer
- Lead in designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting new software utilizing technologies for the project assigned.
- Work in an Agile software development environment (using Scrum)
- Refactor existing software.
- Able to independently design quality solutions for large features.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Software Quality Assurance, and other development teams to ensure that solutions are efficient, consistent and fulfill business needs.
- Training and Mentoring Junior Team Member
- Other duties assigned by Manager
Your Skills and Experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of degree in Computer Science, Architecture, Structure Engineer or related field.
- Experience working with C#, .NET, SQL and other development tools and languages as required.
- Testing: Familiar with all test types.
- English: Good communication skills
- Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good at 2D or 3D mathematics.
- Experienced with WPF
