Software Engineer (Symphony Intergration)

ABOUT THE JOB
Design, develop, and maintain synchronization processes for Symphony ONE and Symphony Classic based on customer requirements.
Develop and support REST APIs, connectors, workflow mappings, field mappings, and synchronization logic across enterprise platforms.
Investigate and resolve synchronization issues, performance bottlenecks, and data consistency challenges while ensuring reliable system integration.
Optimize synchronization performance for large-scale enterprise projects involving thousands of work items and complex engineering workflows.
Build and maintain internal automation tools and utilities using Java, Python, Flutter, and Power Automate to improve deployment, monitoring, reporting, testing, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with customers and international development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and continuously improve product capabilities.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
Good knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, enterprise application integration, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
Experience working with Git, Jira, IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM/RTC), Docker, and Linux/Windows environments.
Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
Experience with enterprise integration platforms, CI/CD tools, Flutter, Agile methodologies, or authentication technologies is a plus.
