Mô tả công việc
- Lead and manage a development team of 8-10 people and grow their capabilities.
- Develop, implement, and operate core services and assets of Ecotek including our resident app, EcoONE, and loyalty program, TAG.
- Recruit talent & build multiple new engineering teams to tackle our challenges.
- Ensure the direction we take our technological efforts is based on long term success and avoiding technical debt.
- Identify focus areas with high business impact to incorporate a transformative roadmap.
Yêu cầu
- BS/MS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, work experience).
- 3 years of hands-on technical leadership and management experience.
- Working knowledge of deployment and infrastructure automation solutions (i.e. Puppet, Chef, Vagrant, Docker).
- Knowledge of react native, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and virtualization.
- Knowledge of agile principles and have an understanding of developer workflow & comfortable with frequent releases, testing, and deployment.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Blockchain and GO.
