Trách nhiệm công việc:
The Software support staff L1 will be educated on our Microsoft Dynamics software solutions then provide support to clients, including:
Managing customer support tickets and ensuring that they are handled and updated in a timely manner.
Daily receiving calls/emails and guiding customers to create support tickets via the support hotline/portal.
Classifying issues for resolution, i.e. in scope /out of scope of support contracts/ responsibilities, issue level.
Ensuring that complicated issues are forwarded to suitable specialists.
Providing help, guidance, and recommendations to customers, and keeping them updated and informed about the status of their issues.
Preparing reports on software issues by clients and periods.
Participating in internal training programs as well as engaging in self-study.
Performing other duties as required.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn:
*The successful applicants must:
Have relevant degrees
Have 1 to 2 years of experience in software support
Be fluent in English
Be well-organized, disciplined, and able to perform under pressure
Be willing to learn and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
*The applications will be preferred:
Working experience in Microsoft Dynamics is highly appreciated
